A wealth of tradition on Holstenplatz

The original Christmas market on Holstenplatz takes place for the 45th time. The guests may expect a special Christmas spirit thanks to many innovations.

The Christmas market presents itself with a new structure, new huts and an innovative light concept. At Holstenplatz there is a central marketplace and a lot of other artistic as well as culinary surprises. There is the possibility of enjoying the festive atmosphere without getting ones feet wet as there is a new café that offers tasty dishes as well as hot beverages.

New features include a balanced mix of carefully selected gastronomy as well as a variety of handicraft products and gift articles.

Needless to say that there will be a special preparation for Christmas once again for kids this year. On Sundays in December Santa Claus will dispense sweets from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. to the little guests.
