Kiel-Marketing GmbH/ e.V. processes your personal data in the course of a competition (drawing of the winners, publication of the names of the winners and their entries) on the social media channels of Kiel.Sailing.City or on the website www.kiel-sailing-city.de. The personal data is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of running the competition.

In accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR, we process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a contract (participation in the competition).

If you have given us your consent, we process your data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future to the above-mentioned responsible body.
